Panel Press
It ensures that polyurethane-filled panels are pressed between two metal surfaces (typically sheet metal) to achieve a smooth, durable structure with high insulation performance. These presses allow for the production of high-quality panels suitable for mass production. They are used in the manufacturing of sandwich panels, wall and roof claddings, refrigerated truck bodies, and cold storage panels. The presses are available with heated systems, in 2-carriage or double-layer 4-carriage configurations. With fully automatic control systems, they offer production capabilities for panels ranging from 3 to 14 meters in length, 1 to 3 meters in width, and 4 to 20 centimeters in thickness. Multi-Station Automatic Rotary System for High Pressure PU Casting
