Miro Donabedian is the General Manager at IP Harwal Polymer, a division of Interplast under the Harwal Group of Companies. He oversees Business Development, Operations, and Technical Services across the Polyurethane and Compounding divisions.

With a career spanning key international roles, Mr. Donabedian has previously worked with Technical Supplies and Services Company (TSSC) in Dubai, as well as the Woodbridge Group and Acklands-Grainger in Toronto, Canada. Notably, he served as General Manager at TSSC for over a decade, where he led sales, product development, certification processes, and operations for the Polyurethane System House, Cold Chain, and Prefabricated Divisions.

Mr. Donabedian holds an MBA in General Management from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), affiliated with Professional Engineers Ontario.

He also served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve, within the Engineering Regiment at Fort York Armoury.
