
MOCA
MOCA is a kind of widely used high cost effective aromatic diamine chain extender or curing agent for casting polyurethane elastomers. The PU elastomers with excellent properties are widely applied in the areas including machinery, buildings, vehicles & transportation, mining industry, electronic components encapsulation and sports facilities, etc. MOCA can also be used to solidify epoxy resin.

MOCA-WH
MOCA is an aromatic diamine chain extender or curing agent widely used in casting polyurethane elastomers, elastomeric pavement materials, PU waterproof coatings, PU adhesives, PU foams, etc. The MOCA-chain-extended PU elastomers are widely applied in the areas including machinery, building, vehicles & transportation, mining industry, electronic components encapsulation and sport facility, etc. MOCA can also be used in curing epoxy resin. MOCA-WH is a high purity grade of MOCA. The melt MOCA is colorless to yellowish transparent liquid. It is recommended used in the applications such as skateboard wheel, polyurethane rice hulling roller, scraper, light color PU coatings, etc. which require good property and colorless transparent in appearance.

XYLink HQEE
XYlink HQEE is a solid aromatic diol chain extender with symmetrical molecular structure. It is recommended applied with MDI-prepolymer. HQEE/MDI system has longer pot-life than MOCA/TDI and MOCA/MDI systems. HQEE-based polyurethane elastomer has higher tensile strength, tear strength, heat resistance, compression set, hardness and resilience than that chain-extended with aliphatic diol. XYlink HQEE can be used in casting polyurethane elastomer systems where the superior performance is required. The application includes oil well seals, forklift tires, seals for hydraulic cylinders, conveyor belt and seals for heavy industry machinery, etc. XYlink HQEE is also recommended used in high performance thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, heat-resistant Spandex and millable polyurethane elastomer.

XYLink HQEE-L
XYlink HQEE-L is a homologue of the chain extender HQEE and could be considered as a liquid version of HQEE. HQEE-L has good operability than HQEE. It is suggested to be warmed at 35-40℃ to get easy operability when it is frozen in winter. This product is applicable to medium hardness of elastomeric polyurethane products. The PU elastomers based on XYlink HQEE-L has good properties such as better elongation and flexure. The PU elastomers has good mechanical property and heat resistance than those based on aliphatic diol such as 1,4-butanediol. XYlink HQEE-L is suitable for both TDI and MDI polyurethane systems. It can be widely used in polyurethane elastomer, sealing materials, polyurethane adhesives, coatings, foams, spandex, pavement materials and other fields.

XYLink HER
XYlink HER is an aromatic diol chain extender with symmetrical molecular structure. It is recommended applied with MDI-prepolymer to produce casting, thermoplastic and millable polyurethane elastomer products. HER-based polyurethane elastomer has good properties such as strength, tear strength, heat resistance, compression set, hardness and resilience than aliphatic diol chain-extended PUs. XYlink HER chain-extended polyurethane elastomer can be widely used in various applications include rolls, wheels, seals, wear-resisting linings, skateboard wheels, shoe components, Spandex, etc. HER can also be used in polyurethane adhesives, coatings, and flexible foam, etc.

XYLink HER-L
XYlink HER-L is an aromatic diol used as chain extender of polyurethanes. This product is applicable to medium hardness of elastomeric polyurethane products. Compared with solid HER, HER-L is easy to use, and the polyurethane elastomer has higher elongation, flexural characteristics. The polyurethane elastomers based on HER-L has good mechanical property and heat resistance than those based on aliphatic diol such as 1,4-butanediol. XYlink HER-L is suitable for both TDI and MDI polyurethane systems and can be widely used in polyurethane elastomer (casting, thermoplastic and millable type), sealing materials, polyurethane adhesives, coatings, foams, Spandex, sports venues pavement materials and other fields.

XYLink 740M
XYlink 740M is a curing agent for polyurethane prepolymer and the epoxy resin. It can be used in a variety of elastomer, coating, adhesive, and potting sealant applications. XYlink 740M has wide processing latitude. The polyurethane elastomer systems could be casted by hand or automatically. It is more suitable for the hot casting process with TDI (80/20)-type prepolymers and the cured polyurethane elastomer has excellent properties, such as good mechanical properties, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, electric properties, chemical resistance (including oil, solvent, moisture and ozone resistance) and good adhesion to the iron substrate. 740M is an FDA-approved curative in the production of elastomers for use in food contact applications and it is Ames-test negative.

XYLink P-1000 & P-650 & P-250
XYlink P-1000&P-650&P-250 serials are aromatic diamine chain extenders or curatives containing flexible ether segment and ester group. XYlink P series are also low-toxic products.The polyurethane elastomers cured with P series have excellent tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, heat-aging resistance and adhesion.As viscous liquids, XYlink P-1000 and P-650 could be mixed with TDI or MDI based prepolymer at room temperature for casting and curing. It is especially suitable for onsite processing due to its easy workability. Their application includes casting elastomers, coatings, adhesives, sealants and sprayings.P-250 has a lower melting point and is easier to handle, and the hardness of the P-250 cured articles is higher than those based on P-1000 and P-650.

XYLink M-CDEA
XYlink M-CDEA is an aromatic chain extender. It has good compatibility with TDI-based prepolymer. The reaction of M-CDEA and prepolymer is faster than that of MOCA. XYlink M-CDEA is recommended mainly used for high-performance casting polyurethane elastomers, and can also be used in RIM PUs, microcellular polyurethane elastomers, and spray polyurethane-ureas, etc. Polyurethane elastomers based on this product have excellent physical properties such as hardness, tear resistance, heat resistance and dynamic mechanical properties (including dynamic heat-generation) than those based on MOCA. The PU elastomers have good cost effective when it mixed with chain extender MOCA and XYlink 740M. XYlink M-CDEA could also be applied as curing agent for epoxy resin and used to produce polyimides. XYlink M-CDEA has lower toxicity.

XYLink MOEA
XYlink MOEA is a liquid aromatic diamine chain extender with ethyl substitution group adjacent to amino group, which has a higher reactivity than MOCA and good compatibility with TDI & MDI based prepolymers. When MOEA works as the only curative or used together with the chain extender E100 in RIM and SPUA, the elastomers can have excellent physical and dynamic mechanical properties. When it is applied in spray polyurea elastomeric waterproof coatings, the strength of material, plant root puncture resistant and ageing-resistant performance will be improved effectively. XYlink MOEA also imparts excellent tensile strength, tearing resistance, electrical insulation performance and heat resistance to the finished products when it is used as curing agent for epoxy resin.

XYLink 311
XYlink 311 is a thermosensitive delay-reactive diamine hardener. It is suitable for most casting polyurethane systems based on TDI or MDI and polyether or polyester polyols. It is similar to Caytur®31 DA of former Chemtura. As a liquid state with reasonable viscosity, XYlink 311 could be mixed with prepolymers at room temperature, and it is suitable for use with conventional processing techniques, such as open casting, compression molding or liquid injection molding and rotational casting as well as other techniques such as dipping that require one pot systems. In addition, it is suitable for complex shaped or large areas articles, microwave curing or other situations which need longer processing time.

XYlink1604
XYlink1604 is recommended to be used with TDI / MDl prepolymer at 90-100℃. lt has good processing performance and can give polyurethane elastomer excellent physical and chemical properties such as good strength, heat resistance and solvent resistance. The color of XYlink1604 will darken when it is in contact with air for a long time. Nitrogen protection can avoid this phenomenon, but this darkening of color will not affect the physical and mechanical properties of the final elastomer product.

XYlink IPHEO
XYlink IPHEO is a kind of oxazolidine with one hydroxyl group in the molecule, which has a low viscosity at room temperature and act as the chemical dehydrator, diluent, and PU latent curing agent. IPHEO is sensitive to the water and reacts with water quickly to produce two hydroxyl groups, one secondary amine group, so it can be used as the dehydrator of the PU raw materials, avoiding the pinholes due to the CO2 generated from the reaction of NCO groups and water in the elastomers. Also, IPHEO can be used as the latent curing agent to premix with the prepolymer to decrease the viscosity of the prepolymer in the 1K PU system, its application includes coatings, sealants, adhesives, polyurea, etc.

XYlink 3767
XYlink 3767 is an imide-type aliphatic latent curing agent made from an alicyclic diamine and aldehyde/ketone. It has good compatibility with NCO-terminated prepolymer, and rapidly decomposes when it contacts moisture, the generated amino groups react with isocyanate quickly and gel occur. Thus bubbles and holes formed in polyurethane could be avoided which due to the CO2 generated from isocyanate-water reaction. XYlink 3767 is mainly recommended used for one-component moisture-curing polyurethane (1-K MCU) coating system. It can solve the bubble and pinhole problem of MCU system. It can also be used for one-component polyurethane adhesives, sealant, and two-component polyurethane etc. Please determine the appropriate dosage and the storage stability in different MCU system by lab test in advance of industrial application.

XYlink 401
XYlink 401 is an aromatic imine-type latent curing agent based on aromatic diamine and ketone/aldehyde. It is a low viscosity liquid, and has good miscibility with -NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymers, and can reduce the viscosity of room temperature curing polyurethane system. XYlink 401 is mainly recommended used in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane (1-K MCU) coating system, and can solve the bubble and pinhole problem in MCU systems. It can also be used in solvent-free two-component polyurethane and other products cured at room temperature or medium temperature. Main application includes 1-K MCU waterproof coatings, anticorrosive coatings, floor coating, solvent-free polyurethane adhesives, sealants, etc. Please test the dosage of XYlink 401 and the storage stability in each MCU system before industrial application.

XYlink DMD230
XYlink DMD230 has a moderate reactivity, so it has good operating performance. The coatings can be applied with machine, also can be brushed. Thick coating layer can be formed successfully. The aliphatic coating film has good surface effect, good flexibility and mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, weatherability and yellowing resistance. This product is suitable for decorative topcoats based on the conventional spray polyurea elastomer. The application fields include anti-corrosive coatings for the bridge and outdoor building, providing long lasting protection for the concrete. It can also be used for furniture decorative paint, industrial floor coatings, top-coating for sport ground, protective coating for fan blades, composite coating for helicopters, and other high-end application fields.

XYlink E-90
XYlink E-90 is a colorless, low viscosity aliphatic secondary diamine. XYlink E-90 has a moderate reactivity due to the secondary amino group and can make the operating process more convenient. It can be used as the only chain extender or mixed with other diamine or diol chain extenders in the preparation of aromatic and aliphatic polyurethane-urea, polyurea with good performance. Its application includes reaction injection molding (RIM), casting elastomers, spray elastomers, coatings, sealants and adhesives, etc. Aliphatic polyurethane-ureas based on XYlink E-90 and aliphatic diisocyanate have outstanding color stabilization.

MOCA-HR
