High shear mixer

Wahal high shear mixers deliver rapid dispersion, emulsification and hydration for demanding formulations. Liquid Powder mixers / flashmix

Wahal liquid powder mixers (Flashmix) induct, wet-out and disperse powders into a fast-moving liquid stream, eliminating dust, fisheyes and air entrainment. A high-velocity rotor–stator creates a controlled vacuum at the hopper throat, pulling powders below the surface where they are instantly hydrated and sheared. The result is lump-free slurries and repeatable viscosity in minutes, even for thickeners, gums and polymers. Available as inline skids or batch recirculation systems with hoppers, feeders, and CIP-ready pipework. Hygienic and ATEX builds cover food, cosmetics, coatings, agrochemicals and adhesives. Automated PLC/SCADA recipes, loss-in-weight options and seals deliver faster changeovers, higher yield and cleaner operation.



Bead Mills

Wahal bead mills deliver high-energy wet grinding to sub-micron and nano sizes with a tight, repeatable particle-size distribution. Pin/disc/turbo configurations support batch, recirculation, or single-pass processing with media from 0.1–3.0 mm (YSZ, zirconium silicate, glass, steel). Dynamic bead separation (centrifugal/slot), double mechanical seals with pressurized barrier fluid, and multi-zone cooling jackets enable long, stable runs with low wear. Ceramic/PU/SS linings and CIP-friendly designs simplify cleaning and minimize contamination. Integrated skids include feed/holding tanks, pumps, instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA recipe control for rapid changeovers and confident scale-up.
